Since our products are made-to-order and often customized, we do not accept returns or cancellations once the order has been placed. However, we do understand that issues may arise, and our primary goal is to ensure your satisfaction.

Returns

  • Eligibility for Return: Returns are only accepted in the case of a manufacturing defect or if the product received does not match the specifications of your order.
  • Time Frame: Any claims for a return due to a defect must be made within 3 days of receiving the product.
  • Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at saanjindiaofficial@gmail.com with your order number, photos of the defect, and a brief description of the issue. Our team will assess the situation and guide you through the return process if applicable.
  • Shipping Costs: If a return is accepted due to a manufacturing defect, Saanj India will cover the return shipping costs.

Cancellations

  • Order Cancellation: Since our products are made-to-order, we do not accept cancellations after the order has been placed.

Non-Returnable & Non-Cancellable Items

  • Customized products or any items that have been altered at the customer’s request cannot be returned or canceled under any circumstances, except in the case of manufacturing defects.

Refunds

  • Processing Time: If your return is accepted, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item.
  • Method of Refund: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
